From zero online orders to $200,000 a year.
Soriano Brothers Cuban Cuisine — four locations across Miami-Dade. Here’s exactly what we changed, and what it did.
See their live pages arrow_forwardWhere they started
Soriano Brothers came to us on a big national platform that wasn’t producing. No online menu they controlled. Not one order through their own site. Google reviews stacking up — the good and the bad — with nobody answering them.

What we changed
Reviews, taken over
We started replying to every Google review in their voice — the five-stars and the one-stars. The rating climbed to 4.4★.
A digital menu on their own domain
Built and published for all four locations — Palmetto Bay, Homestead, Miami and Hialeah.
Catering pages
A real page for the big-ticket orders, built to be found and to capture the inquiry.
Cantina — the weekly meal program
Their rotating weekly menu got its own ordering page, separate from the à la carte menu.
“Sori” — an AI assistant on the menu
A chat button on every page answers menu, hours and catering questions in English or Spanish — so a guest gets an answer without leaving the ordering screen.
Built accessible (ADA-ready)
Every menu page ships with an accessibility toolbar and is built to WCAG guidelines — the standard behind ADA compliance — so it works for screen-reader and low-vision customers.
Uber Eats & DoorDash for delivery
Orders are still placed on Soriano’s own pages. When one’s for delivery, the kitchen screen hands it to an Uber Eats or DoorDash courier — the drivers, not a marketplace listing. The customer stays theirs.
A kitchen that measures itself
We put a tablet on the line, a ticket printer beside it, and payment processing wired through — so every order, from every source, is counted, and the owners can see what the system earns.
The page a guest actually orders from
Location switcher, photo menu, live cart, Stripe checkout — plus the “Sori” AI button and the accessibility toolbar down the right edge. This is the Palmetto Bay menu, live today.
The system we installed
Live at all four locations:
The results
Same kitchens. Same recipes. A system around them that brings the orders in from every direction — and proves it, month after month.
Proof a local agency can do what the big players do
Work like this used to belong to the national platforms — the ones with a sales floor in another state and a support line you sit in. That gap has closed. AI and today’s tools let a local team run the exact playbook the big chains pay for: dish-level SEO, structured data, integrated delivery, and a kitchen that reports its own numbers.
What we add on top is knowing the place. We live here. We eat lunch and take our families to dinner at the restaurants we help grow, and we know the neighborhoods their customers are searching from. Local knowledge, national-grade technology — that’s the combination that took Soriano Brothers from zero to $200,000 a year.
